Returns & Exchanges...
Please contact us by emailing info@abilityassist.co.za or by completing the return contact form below, should you want to return any items. Once we have authorised the items for return, please include a copy of your invoice and return with all packaging material intact.
For all returns we can arrange for our courier service to collect the parcel from you, unless you wish to use your own couriers.
Our terms for the returns (once authorised by us) are as follows:
Incorrectly Delivered Items – Please contact us immediately if we have incorrectly delivered the wrong item to you. We will send you the correct item as soon as possible, and collect the incorrect item from you. This will be at no cost to you whatsoever.
Damaged Items – If an item arrives and is damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain all the packaging, and if possible take photographs of the items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
Unwanted Items – If you received your order and decide you wish to return any items you no longer want, you will need to return it within 7 days from receipt, and in its original packaging and un-used. You will receive a refund for the items once we receive them and are satisfied they’re in good order. Should you have used our courier service to return the item then the cost of the courier will also be deducted.
